Stillness Strength Self

Compassionate counselling to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

Life can sometimes feel heavy, disconnected, uncertain and overwhelming. At Within Counselling, we offer a calm, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of what’s unfolding.

With warmth and care, we walk alongside you as you rediscover your inner clarity, resilience.

Welcome to Within Counselling

You’re invited to take a breath. To find a moment of stillness. To step into a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood.

I’m Simone Millman, a registered counsellor based on the Mornington Peninsula, offering telehealth sessions across Australia. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, chronic pain, or life transitions, counselling can provide grounding support and gentle guidance.

Together, we’ll create a space to reflect, understand what feels difficult, and explore meaningful ways forward — always at your pace.
